An award-winning salon, spa, and café/bar is seeking a hands-on Assistant Salon Manager to support daily operations and elevate the guest experience across all areas of the business. This hybrid concept blends luxury beauty + wellness services with a full-service café/bar. The ideal candidate is organized, team-focused, and passionate about both beauty and hospitality. Open to hourly or part-time candidates for the right fit.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations Support
Assist with daily salon, spa, and café/bar operations
Maintain service protocols, cleanliness, and safety compliance
Support scheduling, inventory, and product ordering
Team Leadership
Help recruit, onboard, and train service + front-of-house teams
Lead by example with a polished, hands-on approach
Support coaching, meetings, and performance feedback
Guest Experience
Ensure warm, consistent, high-touch service
Resolve guest concerns promptly
Promote services, products, and cross-referrals
Financial & Administrative Support
Assist with reporting, payroll support, and monitoring revenue goals
Help manage labor, inventory, and supply costs
Support promotions and in-house events
Qualifications
1–3 years in salon, spa, hospitality, or F&B leadership
Strong communication + customer service skills
Organized, detail-oriented, thrives in fast-paced settings
POS and scheduling system experience
Preferred: Cosmetology/esthetics license; café/bar or hybrid concept experience
